The real-time requirements of IP telephony pose a unique Network Change and Configuration (NCCM) challenge because service quality can be impacted if network elements such as routers and switches are misconfigured. NetMRI takes the work and risk out of voice management by automating the collection and correlation of both voice and traditional data and providing useful, actionable information.

Using expert built-in rules, NetMRI analyses your network and identify problems prior to any real interruption to your voice services. NetMRI collects call data records (CDRs), network configuration, SNMP and syslog data to provide a complete picture of what may be impacting the VoIP service.

The IP Telephony Module for Cisco or Avaya can be added to any NetMRI system.
