NetReporter
The NetVCR Reporter Module allows for flexible management reporting. The user can generate reports from the link layer to the application layer, on demand or scheduled.

NetXperts
NetXperts simplifies analysing and troubleshooting tasks by providing network and security administrators a powerful protocol analyser, an advanced protocol navigator, and a group of experts. It utilises the data collected by NetVCR and NetDetector. NetXperts enables network and security administrators to examine data from a live network event or from a captured file on disk.

NetVoice
The VoIP module extends the NetVCR appliance’s and NetDetector appliance's powerful IP network monitoring and security management capabilities to the Voice over IP (VoIP) networks. It offers detailed comprehensive decodes of most common VoIP protocols, QoS statistics (jitter, delay, and packet loss), and audio/video playback.

NetUsage
The NetUsage Module empowers the user to generate and collect IP flow based detail records in various file formats. It enables IP Billing/Accounting and allows NetVCR data to be polled in a configurable format and interval.

NetRTX
NetVCR Real-Time Xperts (NetRTX) is a signature-based expert application. NetRTX detects various types of network performance incidents. When a breach (an incident) is detected, an alert is generated and logged into the NIKSUN event database. The alert message can then be exported to an external syslog server or generate an SNMP trap.

NetSLM (Threshold/QoS Alarming)
NetSLM allows NetVCR users to generate alarms in real time against a set of user-defined quality of services (QoS) parameters (thresholds). When a breach (an incident) is detected - the parameter value exceeds the maximum or falls below the minimum allowed value, an alert is generated and logged in the NIKSUN event database, the alert is exported to an external syslog server, and an SNMP trap is generated.

RMON Module
NetVCR supports critical RMON I and II groups. The RMON MIBs generated by NetVCR allow network management systems to remotely access RMON data collected by NetVCR's recording interfaces. The user can set alarm thresholds on the NetVCR appliance.
